For years this Bowser gas pump was done in PollyGas theme but last week I decided to change it to Standard Oil. I painted the gas pump just like they did back in the day after years of use with a paintbrush. I’m very happy how it turned out. New decal and a reproduction gas globe. Being outside I didn’t want an original gas globe on it. It should look good for years. We have gas for .22 cents a gallon if your in the neighborhood. :-)

I think it’s cool that u restored it like it would have been restored in the “day”. I have lots of patina pumps that show the signs of many restorations just like what you’ve done. Happy Easter
Thank you Rattletrap for stopping by and showing some love and the nice compliment! I’m happy how it turned out with just a paintbrush. Happy Easter!!
