I have no idea how to describe these, other than to take the pictures, I don’t know what they are and was actually hoping to find out. Anybody can help me I would greatly appreciate it, and thank you for your time.

Interesting! I wonder if they were to be printed as U.S. Savings Bonds??? Something like that. Seems logical to me anyway.
It’s an old loan bond or mortgage bond, the contract would be on the larger paper and the smaller ones would be like your payment book. Each would have a monthly payment on them.
