Trunk refinish

I Just refinished this old trunk I had laying around for a fireman (first responder) friend of mine. He really wanted one. It’s a freebie to say thank you.Besides the wife wanted it gone. I actually stripped off the green canvas (that was a mess). Sanded it, took a blow torch to the wood. Some stain,Some clear shellac ,a couple old belts and some large oversized buckles I had laying around. I even have a key for it.The best part is it only cost me my time, everything else I had available to refinish.
