Ramons Brownie/Pink Pill's Ad/Thermometer

This was an advertising item that was used in stores...I got this from a very good friend that passed away and it belonged to his father who owned a store....He received 2 but didn't use this one it is wooden and most research I do I am only finding metal ones, and I believe it is from the late 20's or early 30's....I could use all the info I can get on this piece...And the thermometer still works! And in great condition!
