I think the photos speak for themselves. The wood on the side seems to be a depth guide. The blade is attached by wing nuts that make it replaceable. I cannot find this anywhere! Please help

You are correct about the wood being a depth guide. It is called a rabbet saw. Used for making rabbet joints. Now days you do it on a table saw.
