My friend got this (plate?) from her sister. It is marked Steuben on the bottom. The center, the figure sets on, is elevated above the rest of the plate by about 1/2 inch. The plate's diameter is 11 or 12" It is in excellent condition, no chips or fractures. Can anyone help us identify it as far as what its use is and its value?
