    I've had this for years and just found the patent the other day. It was the 58th patent issued July 7 1857. Patented by W. Chicken his agent being S. D. Otis.

    Has anyone seen one of these before? I can't find a single instance. (Probably the inventors name being Chicken makes it harder)
