1930's to early 1940's Cubs BSA tie bar

Here is an ultra rare 1930's to early 1940's Cubs BSA tie bar. The Cubs were organized in the mid 1930's and were called Cubs BSA until early 1940's when their name was changed to Cub Scouts.The adult leader tie bar is almost unheard of.
