This was given to me by my mom, but I have no idea how old it it is and don't even know what type of brooch it's called to research it.
It's 1.5" wide x 1" tall. The stamp on the back appears to be ALP, with Italy? below it.
Any help is appreciated!

Claire, I have several of these Micro-Mosaic Brooches, and just today at the Flea Market, I got a tiny Pendant one, that I posted, with some of my other finds, I really like the Red, that makes the little Bouquet stand out, very nice! :^D Thank you for showing! :^)
