Portrait of a girl, known as 'The little princess'. painted by Paulus Moreelse, c. 1623. It is now hanging in the Rijksmuseum In Amsterdam
The plate is made by De Koninklijke .Porceleyne Fles.
Since 1879, each article has been marked according to the following principle:
Underneath the De Koninklijke .Porceleyne Fles mark you will find the painters‘ initials on the left, and on the right you will find a year code.
The year code on this plate is CF and that makes it 1961.
I'm not 100% sure but it could be that the plate was painted by Tetteroo E.M.

@mp.kunst thank you so much for that info! It certainly answers a lot of questions
It has always followed me with those eyes as a kid at my parents place, so good to know the history :)
      It's such a beautiful piece!
