One of a couple crazy beautiful men's rings recently inherited, which frankly I'm still sorta bewildered to think I now own. I don't usually get stuff *this good* into my typical "collections"...??? <wow><lol>
I have taken it to a local jeweler to confirm (without official 'appraisal', which costs $) that it is most likely very real (white?) 14k gold, so marked (pic 3) and that its rocks (one big one with several little ones on either side) are also most likely very real. The whole thing weighs roughly 8.3g.
Last pic shows it on what's otherwise my "wedding ring finger", ifn's I actually had a wedding ring to wear there. It otherwise fits that finger, and in a way I'll always be proud to wear it there occasionally in memory of who I inherited it from...that part starts to get too complex to be mentioned here but trust me. ;-) :-) There's also a good chance this ring first belonged to a long deceased relative of his...which could easily suggest it might also be way older than I might ever know.
Sorry for your loss, congrats on your windfall.
