WAGNER WARE #9 cast iron skillet

Or least I believe it's a "#9", given that it is indeed plainly marked and indeed measures as a "9 inch SKILLET", though indeed the number cast onto the top of the handle is somewhat reversible in nature...? <lol>

I think I understand (from hanging around here) that WAGNER WARE cast iron is somewhat on the 'more desirable' end of such things, but I can't (yet) say I know much more about it (or the reason why) than that. (or history, age, etc) Recently acquired, to my knowledge it is my first and only so branded iron item. :-) :-) :-)
