Recently found out the entry hall table is actually my grandmothers sewing machine. I believe it's proooobably 1930s-1950s, based on her life?

The plate(?) is 14" by 7"
    The insignia is entirely gold
There's no serial number plate (it looks removed?), but the wheel(?) on the right has a small arm sticking out with the numbers 66609, and there's another by the foot with '66566 SIMANGOUSA' (I think. It's faded)

I recant on the lack of serial number! It's just on the bottom of the machine! I found it when checking out the cords. It's 'AC334043', and thus a model 101!
I saw so many pretty pictures of a serial plate under the insignia I didn't even think to look underneath once I saw the odd scuffing, lol

I was just going to tell you to look underneath but you beat me to it.

You're fantastic, thank you so much! This was beyond my wildest hopes of help <3

It looks like it is a model 40 cabinet, the leaves fit and so does the mini drawer. I was hoping to fix it and now that's within the realm of feasibility! Thanks so much, keramikos!
