Bought this porcelain dish and need help. I believe Chinese? Does Antoine recognize scene? Could be when China was Occupied? Could it be fake? Any and all help is very appreciated.

The flag on the left is Austria. Could be an occupation scene. The upper left character of the 4 shown is pronounced 'tang', but not like the drink. More like 'ta' in 'ta ta for now'. Anyway, by itself in current use it means something like hall or room.
My wife just found it, the red stamp indicates a company name from the Yunnan Province called Yong Sheng Tang. The company is about 150 years old. The company produced for the overseas market.
