Another boxed dwarf for my Snow White and the Seven Dwarves Disneykins collection! I have a complete set in the playset box and a complete set loose. Now I am working on the individual boxed figures. I have 2 so far so 6 to go including Snow White.
This is part of the first series Disneykins that started in 1961 and made throughout the 1960s.
I have always divided the dwarves into two groups. The main dwarves are Doc, Grumpy and Dopey. They get most of the attention in the movie. The other four seem to be the background dwarves which are Happy, Sleepy, Sneezy and Bashful. Apparently Marx felt the same way as that as how they arranged the pictures on the side of the box.
Happy is not tall, he is about 7/8" tall. Fits 2 or 3 of him in the box. The box is actually worth more than the figure which is not unusual. Still a very affordable good quality collectible.
Wonderful collection fort, I adore Ms White and all seven of the dwarves esp Grumpy, got my hubby a t-shirt picturing him as it's quite fitting lol :)
Did they not make an evil queen figure?
