My father gave me this that he got from his fathers father, trying to find out when it was made and possibly the worth. I’m keeping it in the family. One of the hammers won’t lock due to a broken or worn out spring as one of the pictures show and I’m trying to locate the part. This was built in the 1800 in Belgium. The gun has no serial number

Looks like the stirrup that connects from the main spring to the tumbler is gone. The rest seems pretty well worn out. GGG Pappy didn't oil it enough. You seem to have done what should be done with it. Hanging over the fireplace looks great. Do you plan on using it for self defense ? I could have it working in about 1 1/2 hrs., but why? Are you going to reload black powder ?

I’m kinda anal when it comes to things like this, if I have something that is supposed to be working or doing Something and it isn’t I want to fix it. I don’t ever plan on firing it but if I do I would use black powder. Can you tell me about the markings or possibly when it was made, any idea on the value v

Those are Belgie blk. pdr. proofs, probably around 1890. I live a few miles south of Richmond in St. Maarten, N.A.. LOL. I've never been into shotguns unless you call blunderbusses shotguns. You can clk on peoples' profile picture and see what they want to share with you.
