    I'd like help identifying what these two patches signify. These belonged to my Uncle and he served in the Korean War. There are many other things that were with these, but these are the only two things I could not identify.

      Great patches. Thanks for sharing.
      The patch with the sun burst over the blue background is the patch worn on the sleeve of the 40th Infantry division soldiers.

      My father was a member of the 40th Infantry Division so I have seen that patch before.
      My father was badly wounded while serving in Korea.
      Thankfully he survived and then he along with mom raised 11 children.
      Good stuff
