Picked this out off a brooch tray at a thrift store. I believe it’s the Junior Chamber International. Tested for sterling silver and is quite heavy at 26.4 grams. It’s hand etched with no makers mark. Measures 3 1/2” overall. Can’t seem to find another one like it.
