This little figure was staring at me in a free bin at a thrift store today. Couldn’t pass it up for free. Appears to be a child either getting dressed or undressed, stands at 3 1/2” tall. It’s signed at the bottom but I can’t for the life of me decipher it, maybe someone here can help.
