Does anyone know where is in the U.S. this leather fire bucket is from? Any idea of the value or comparable?
Any information or hints to steer me in the right direction would help.

Any fire bucket with "painting" in tact makes it very valuable. Looks like it has been dated for a reason, another plus for it. Try getting into contact with a fire museum close to you. You can go to the internet and find out where these museums are at. Pat H. from http://www.oldfirestuff.com .
