Rosenthal electric lighter which I believe is porcelain. This lighter is untested because the cord is cut. I don't. Know much about this lighter but it does have a maker mark on the bottom, which reads Rosenthal Mark Tredwitz from Germany. Judging buy the cord I believe it's from the 1940's.
