Less interested in an appraisal as I am in just knowing if it can be identified as work of an actual known maker or artist. It is 11 inches tall and there are no labels or engravings indicating maker. Current comments indicating Japanese Sanyu glass seems accurate. Thanks to everyone! Glad you are enjoying it as much as I do.

Welcome to CW BoyShelby, is there a chance that you could show the vase bottom in place of the #3 photo, it might help, as would some size measurements! :^D Thank you for posting, hopefully someone can help! Take Care, and Wear a Mask with social distance! :^)

Those colors look Japanese. Where’s KAREN P ???

That is definitely Japanese, and by Sanyu glass.
These weren't commonly exported so lucky you!
Fantastic glass, beautifully made, and a just a stellar lump of glass!

The label, when it had one, probably said "Sanyu Fantasy Glass"..... Search for "sanyu fantasy glass" on CW and you will see more examples...
