I came across this unusual vessel today and just had to have it. I am not sure though if it a vase or used for some other purpose. In raised lettering on the base is Made in England and incised with the No. 1150. Is anyone able to help me identify it. I noticed that someone else posted one the same but a different colour. Because of the floral pattern I don't believe that it should be turned upside down. I don't know if it ever had a lid however I will probably use it as a vase. It does have a bit of an art deco appearance.
