5" tall toy soldier. Has movable arms. There appears to be some sort of washer in the arm joints. The front looks the same as the back with the exception of 2 red dots that possibly represent buttons? Has a signature bottom, but I'm not sure what the name is? Also not sure what type of uniform he is wearing? Any information is appreciated.
