1800s Japanese Coin

Tenpotsuho 100 mon (1835 - 1870). Can you imagine a Samurai (660 - 1876) could have carried these. Sadly they have little monetary value.

My mother was Japanese. She was in Japan when they dropped the bombs. she had these coins since she was a young child. She gave them to me last year knowing that I'm a coin collector. Sadly she passed away earlier this year. Look for my next post of the other coins.
