    A friend gave this to me years ago for my birthday knowing that I collect odd items.

    Its a 50 inch Lufkin measuring scale from a bottling plant. There's no way to tell where it came from. It has normal inches on 1 side and special measurements and notes on the other that pertains to making cans.
