US 2015D , the coin is smaller than normal, by my weight 2.17 gm. The image on front looks light, the edge looks in tact with copper plating...there are letters embedded in back that look like the letters on a dime "LIBERTY" , they look struck in multiple times...in the center of the back is a circle of the penny shield...I have never seen one like this.
It looks like it was machined on a lathe. The reverse looks to show tool marks. And the raised point would make sense as the area supported by a tail stock.
