Match Holder - Cigar Cutter - Ashtray

The set is made of brass and the ashtray is made of thick glass, which is 2" x 2". The match book is by Diamond match division, and has a wood knob to pull out for the matches. Says 2 cents on the box - 34 matches, (no matches in box). The cigar cutter is located on the left. You would loosen the small knob to empty the cigar cuts. I updated the photo on the right to show where the cigar cuts go, and how to empty.

The cigar rest is hinged to a piece of brass connected to the base, you push the cigar rest down to remove the ashtray. The brass tray base is 5" x 2 1/2" x 3" tall. No maker name to be found. Has anyone seen this before or have one like it, that might know who made it? Very well made. Thanks for looking.
