There is no makers mark. Looks like its made of porcelain but I am not sure of any facts about it except that its bright blue with gold circles almost looking like bubbles. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I'd love more pics/dimensions of it as well -- despite that yours has an additional lid and lighter included and is a completely different color, its general style/shape (and maybe size?) reminded me immediately of one of my own favoritest big-ole-huge ceramic 'centerpiece ashtrays'...? ;-) :-) :-) Like you and yours, I know nothing specific about mine and it is also unmarked.

Yours is a *gorgeous* example anyways and thanks for showing it -- welcome to CW too, for that matter! :-)
Hello everyone! I have more pictures I am going to add.
jennigould84, Interesting. :-)
Here's a similar one in a greenish color scheme (but no provenance information):

Here's a similar one in a reddish color scheme with some potential provenance:

Vintage from the 1960s
Gorgeous excellent vintage condition no chips
Measures 16” by 9.5” wide
The bottom says something like cii orig but not sure and 126 U.S.A.
I looked it up on Google and it says it’s California pottery from 1960s
It’s a reddish orange color

This one is slightly less similar:

Vintage from the 1950s
Materials: ceramic, brass
If you're gonna smoke, you might as well do it with style. Here's a big, hot orange ashtray set with built in lighter and covered bowl, stamped on the bottom CALIF USA 871. They made a lot of these flamboyant ceramics in the 1940' through the 60's, but none flashier than this. The curved trapezoidal shape has great dynamism and the coloration of the glaze is spectacular.

Here's one described as "oval":

Hmmm, no lighter, but similar, and attributed to Maurice of California:
*snip*
Pattern: DL-701
Made in USA
Vintage circa 1960’s
Details: This is a great example of Mid Century Modern mixed with a little Art Deco style. It is an angled shape ashtray with super psychedelic colors forming rings of bright orange, red and yellow. There are embossed decorations at the two points, one is a flower shape and the other are swirls and/or waves, all finished in a high shine glaze. Holds 7 cigarettes. It is marked on the bottom: “DL-701” and then you can barely make out the Maurice of California name to the right, looks like additional clay was added over it, however, this has been confirmed as a true piece of pottery from Maurice of California.

TallCakes, California Pottery USA seems like a likely maker. :-)
