Danish Wood Mice
So I believe the 2 on the left are possibly Kay Bojesen designed. They have glass eyes. The googly eyed ones, I'm not sure about.
UPDATED INFORMATION***I have contacted Kay Bojesen Denmark. The mice are not attributed to him.***
These are more than likely teak. The estate sale I bought them from was a collection of items from the 40s to 60s. so I believe these are 1950s.
Kay Bojesen (15 August 1886 – 28 August 1958) was a Danish silversmith and designer. He is best known for creating wooden animals, especially his wooden monkey which was exhibited at the Victoria and Albert museum in London in the nineteen-fifties, and which today is considered a design classic.
I love these Meeses to Peeses
I love the rodents. You can probably tell by my avatar. I ran a successful Yahoo chat group for a decade-plus dedicated to rodents. Haven't had any pet mice in a while maybe it's time again.
