      Its plywood lid and hasp (maybe rope handles too?) have been added instead of whatever original lid it first had, most likely, but it is still a very cool old crate!! Anything interesting on its inside??

      Sadly No. I can't seem to find anything on the internet. All I know is it was used for shipping Boy's shoes made by Goodyear. Thanks for your comment!!!!
