    I came across this tool the other day. It has no makers name, and I do not know what it is for sure. It measures 41/2" x 3". If I had to guess I think it is some type of wood scraper tool.

      Are you sure? I've seem numerous molding planes, never saw one like this.

      Could be just a small plane. The bottom picture was throwing me off I thought it had a curve to it. But looking at the other picture I see now it's flat.

      Probably some kind of leveling plane for larger surfaces.
