      Well it's a kukri knife. Very popular design. Not sure about fish motif. Look just above the handle on the blade and check for a maker's mark. Its possible it could be hand forged and no marks?

      It looks like a replica of a Gurkha knife. But it has a D handle.

      It is a kukri and it is what they call a chopper.

      Looks like a Ang Khola style Kukri issued in the Indian Military.
