Got a trio of these Johnny Lightning Tri-5 (or Tri Chevy as the card says) Chevys. Got one from each year which would 55, 56 and 57. The 57 being the Nomad wagon version.
Starting off is the 1955 Bel Air. It is the most basic looking of the Tri-5 Bel Airs. It can be identified by the small grill that only extends only as far as the hood. The other two have grills that go across the whole front of the car. The bumper is also simpler and functional. The upper rear side panels are also give away as they are the blockiest of the three. That is where the white on the 2 tone paint scheme begins.
This one is a convertible with the top up. There are 3 versions for each year. The other 2 are convertible top down and Nomad.
56 coming right up.
PS I think the 55 makes the best gasser or hot rod.
