    Japanese Origami Umbrella

Materials: If you look closely this is made from cigarette packs.

This was masterfully crafted by a Japanese artist that I know. I know the artist very well because it was my mother.

My mother was a master of origami. She made several of these umbrellas from different cigarette packs. She did not smoke so friends that did would save their packs for her.

Keep following me as I will be posting more of her amazing artwork. Including more origami and some of her world-class silk art.

Amazing to even make the umbrella but to also be able to make the butterfly! Wow.
