I want to learn this sewing machine's value as approximate price.
It still works and seems so good.

      Hi, Yasemin. :-)

Valuation isn't something done here at Collectors Weekly Show & Tell (it's against the rules).

You can get an appraisal here (but it isn't free):

      https://www.valuemystuff.com/us/start-valuation/

Here is some free advice on determining the value of vintage sewing machines:

      http://ismacs.net/sewing_machine_articles/how_much_is_my_sewing_machine_worth.html

I don't know whether you wanted to know anything else about your machine, but I'll tell you anyway.

Per the International Sewing Machine Collectors' Society (ISMACS) serial number tables (which ISMACS got directly from Singer who endorses ISMACS through linkage), serial number P616468 was one of a block (545710 through 665709) of 120000 serial numbers allotted January through June of 1901, and your machine should be a 28K (it does look like a model 28 to me):

      *snip*

      P- 545710 665709 28K 120000 JAN - JUNE 1901

      *snip*

The "K" suffix on the model number simply means that it was made at Singer's Kilbowie factory. About the Kilbowie factory:

      https://www.singersewinginfo.co.uk/kilbowie

      About the VS1, VS2, VS3, 27, 28, 127 and 128 family of machines:

      https://www.singersewinginfo.co.uk/28

Here is a downloadable manual for the model 28:

      https://www.singermachines.co.uk/sewingmachineparts/instruction-books/singer-28k-manual.html

The decal set on your machine is called "Victorian":

      https://www.singersewinginfo.co.uk/decals/decal08

Your case looks like No. 193, Base and Cover (cover shown for No. 184):
