Welz cased spatter glass squat vase with square crimped top

I already have a vase in this distinctive shape - in the blue swirled stripe decor.
Found this one yesterday, in a cheerful, sunny spatter decor that is perfect for spring time.
The vase measures 10 cm tall, 9.5 x 9.5 cm corner to corner across the top rim, & 6 cm across the base, which has a partly polished pontil mark.
It appears to be made from three layers of cased glass - clear over swirling fine spatter in pink & yellow - orange, over an opaline white interior.
The top rim is neatly crimped with a four cornered form.
