Looked up the name for this Loetz vase by writing “Oil spot” Loetz and many vases came up. In the Loetz.com site, this design called Astraea was “spot on” so I guess this is what it is. It measures 3” tall by 3 1/2” wide and with a 1 1/8” rim.
