    I found some more little Bencharong pieces. These were painted in Thailand and probably made in China or somewhere close to there. I really like these guys even though they are definitely on the newer side! here's some other ones i have: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/221289-bencharong--thai-covered-vessels

    i wonder when they were made? i've seen similar ones listed as 'mid-century'.

      also, these had all this sticky gunk all over them - used to resist earthquakes, i think.
