Chain Saw carved wood statue from Daddio's Place. I waited a day too long to bring him inside this year. Chilly out there now in winter wonderland Cheers

Love the chainsaw cardinal statue, but with a caveat that I don't feel *nearly* the same way about all that white crap all over everything else in your pics -- I spent the first half of my life where we had to deal with "cold" and "snow" for practically half of every year-- both now classic "four letter words" in my opinion, which I now seldom have to deal with since I moved to a more 'southern' climate. I DO NOT miss it in the least... <LOLOL>

Note though, that on those very seldom occasions when we do get it here, it is ALWAYS amusing to watch 'the natives' try to deal with it...I'd still bet I'm one of very few people in My Fair City that really does actually own the tools to deal with it, a pair of actual snow shovels and two little electric snowblower machines. Since I've moved here I've only had the occasion to use one of the shovels once, and I'm *totally fine* with the idea of all four being mostly dust collectors instead... <LOLOL> again...

I’ve enjoyed visiting places with lots of snow but, like AO, where I live it’s a rare occurrence to have snow. We have owned 2 sleds for about 20 years and have gotten to use them only 3 or 4 times.
It’s beautiful in your pictures with the cardinal sculpture!

This guy stood guard at my fathers door step while he was in Chaska MN

After he passed and family was asked what they would like to have that was once his , I chose the Birdy

I was not planning for him to get covered in snow... BUT MA NATURE HAD HER WAY WITH HIM

Now cozy indoors with us 4 the winter
