I picked up this beautiful table because I think it's gorgeous and I wonder if it is an Eastlake. It needs some cosmetic work done and I will be doing that this coming week.

I don't see eastlake.
I like the barley twist legs. Legs and supports are evocative of a UK pub table.
I believe this is a mid 20th century piece that incorporates earlier features.
A photo of the underside may help in determining age, if you are interested.

They never used these in pubs thats for sure, not Eastlake. Very nice barley twist legs however, make it a nice piece of furniture !~
Thank you everyone for your comments. I'm disappointed that it is not Eastlake as that is my favorite style but I love it anyway. I used Old English polish on the top only so far and am debating whether or not I should also use it on the rest of the table. I'll post a pic.
Thanks Phil for your expert acknowledgement that it's not Eastlake (boo hoo hoo....hahahaha).
Phil, you never saw these in Moose Jaw ! LOL ! So, this is not a "gate-leg" table ?
I have another post about this showing what the table looks like with Old English used on it AND I found a label under the table identifying it as being made by Helmers Mfg Co, which produced furniture from 1800 to 1899 in Kansas City, MO.
PDAM--- suggest you look up "evocative"-- I never said this is a pub table or used in a pub.
