This is also one of my Thrift finds for about $24 .......This is a Antique Chinese Martaban Jar......its approx 12in tall x 7.5 in width...and is a little heavy, .....they were storage jars used for trading produced in Southern China

Here’s another similar example with a different base/clay. I’d have thought the interior of a storage jar would’ve been glazed?
