Top symbol looks like "prosper", bottom one looks like "fortunate".

Thank you! At least that's somewhere to start! I know that finding an origination to a marking on any antique silver in China can be daunting, as I have learned that for many years the actual maker was obscured in branding, but trying my best. It's a gift for my daughter, who's nickname is teaspoon. Would love to give her a history to go with it. So thank you for the help!

Still looking for the initials on the back of the top of the spoon itself. W or M and what looks like a sideways T. I am desperate here. Dont care about value as much as the story of where it came from. Any help is appreciated.

OK.. I have a lead on this. Wang Hing had several markings that during the time leading up to WWII had many mis-strikes. One of the experts believes it is a Wang Hing piece, while another recommended it may be from an undocumented silversmith who utilized WHL that was routinely had mis-strikes. So anyone with any further clues, please acknowledge!

Any Wang Hing Silver people out there? Trying to get a definitive answer as to the initial marks on the back.
