      Domed portion identifies this as Korean era-- early 1950s.

      At that time, this was called anti aircraft artillery and fell under the field artillery branch.

      ADA didn't become a branch itself until 1968.

      There are many makers on these-- don't know it is Meyer piece w/o seeing the back markings.
