    I found this yesterday. It's very heavy - around 10 lbs and very thick. There's a signature on the underside, but a ridiculous one! i love the colors and shape. It's very glossy on the green and yellow parts and matte black underside. It measures 10.5 inches across and 3 inches high. Any info appreciated!

      Might check James Aarons, looks like one of his Geode Bowls - I don’t know what his signature looks like though...

      yes, you are right art.pottery! it is James Aarons' work. He's a california artist and makes some really nice stuff!
