glass mouse traps

Some of my mouse trap collection.
These are my glass traps, some use a mason jar to house the trapping lid.
More of my unique traps to follow later.
Glass traps were popular, because after the mouse was trapped in the jar, the housewife would walk over to the chicken coop and unscrew the lid over the top of the chicken yard and the mouse would fall into a pile of blood thirsty chickens and the live mouse would barely hit the ground when the fastest chicken would get the prize for the day..... a juicy mouse
