Thorn handled basket in crystal over splashed multi colours over white. Snapped, neatly finished recessed pontil. Red, yellow, blue, green and white both splashed and swirled. Top is full of crimps which might help to identify it. Reasonably heavy. Made during the first ten years of 20th century? Height to handle top is 15 cms and width across ruffles is a bit over 13 cms.
The spatter is Welz and often seen in the U.K. Date is a difficult matter, when it comes to Welz.
