Japanese cast iron fish themed ashtray

This little ashtray is 4" long x 2.75" wide x .5" high and has Japanese text on the bottom. I have been looking to expand the representation of metal objects in my Japanese art collection and as a result have been looking for something in cast aluminum since that seems to have been a popular medium for post WWII Japan. I came across this little guy which is on the small side but I found the design components striking and have not seen anything else like it. Guessing maybe 1960s-1980s..... I am not a huge fan of aluminum but this piece looked like aluminum dressed up to look like cast iron which made it more palatable. When I received it, I was surprised to find it is actually cast iron which really impressed me as this is a very fine casting. I have not tried to decipher the text on the bottom, yet.
