I bought this 8cm. tall rose bowl thinking it might be by Moser but now think it is more likely by Josephinenhütte, however I'm not certain. As often happens with this type of Bohemian decoration, virtually all the gilding has come off, leaving just the orange? coloured base layer. It has a ground pontil with a small unground circle in the middle which I have seen on pieces attributed to Moser. Date is I think around 1900.

      Compare with this one:
      https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/22147-rose-bowl-most-probably-bohemian

It was later attributed to Josephinenhütte by some. The problem with Bohemian glass is the fact glass is always attributed to only a few well known factories and it is well known hundreds glass manufacturers operated at the time and often worked together to meet export orders

Thanks IVAN49, yes Bohemian glass is a minefield. I've also seen an inkwell on Ebay with similar decoration which apparently has but doesn't show a Josephinen signature. But like you say this could have been made by any number of factories.
