French Burlwood Clock Box

I recently purchased this French Clock box. I don't know much about it. The box is made of burlwood. The clock looks like it's brass. It's an 8 day clock. It does work. On the back of the clock, it has the company name Blum Caussignac & Co. It's stamped France and 6 six jewels. The dimensions of the box 6.75×4.75×2.75. Any help about the age of the clock or the maker would be helpful. Or any info let me know. I have seen one like it listed for $1750.00
